Terms of Service

1. Welcome to Yapifun

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between Yapifun Studio Pte. Ltd. (“Yapifun”, “we”, “us”) and you (“you”, “your”). By accessing or using Yapifun websites, applications, APIs, or other offerings (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not accept these Terms, please abstain from using the Services.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Services.
• Creating an account requires accurate information. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or use.

3. Using the Services

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Features may change over time. We may suspend or stop providing aspects of the Services to maintain performance or comply with law.
• Some features may have additional guidelines or policies. Those documents form part of these Terms.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

• All content provided by Yapifun—including interface design, logos, text, graphics, and software—is owned by Yapifun or its licensors and is protected by global intellectual property laws.
• You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”). By uploading or sharing User Content you grant Yapifun a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and adapt that content to operate and promote the Services.
• You are solely responsible for User Content, and you agree that it does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate the rights of others.

5. Creator Responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable laws, including intellectual property, advertising, privacy, and disclosure obligations.
• Label sponsored or paid content clearly where required.
• Do not upload malware, unauthorised streams, or content that is hateful, harassing, or otherwise violates our community standards.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Services or related systems.
• Scraping or harvesting data except through documented APIs authorised by Yapifun.
• Interfering with the experience of others through spam, automation, or technical attacks.
• Reverse engineering the Services or circumventing security features.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms. Yapifun does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Please review third-party terms before engaging with their services.

8. Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, harm other users, or expose Yapifun to risk.
• You may stop using the Services at any time. You can also request account deletion by contacting support.
• Upon termination, sections that reasonably should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnity, and liability limits) will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Yapifun specifically disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yapifun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid to Yapifun in the twelve months preceding the event.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yapifun, its directors, employees, partners, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses—including legal fees—arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our Services evolve. When changes are material we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after updates becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
